is a general purpose Nylon 66 resin. This resin offers a well-balanced combination of engineering properties characterized by high strength; good toughness; high impact; good flow and surface lubricity; abrasion resistance; resistant low temperature; self extinguishment.

Description of first aid measures

典型應(yīng)用 Typical Applications

一般應(yīng)用外，特別適用于對(duì)流動(dòng)性能及耐低溫性能要求較高的注塑制品，終端應(yīng)用主要集中在機(jī)械、電子電氣、 儀器儀表、汽車(chē)部件、鐵路、家電、通訊、扎帶及精密工程制品等，亦可用于生產(chǎn)醫(yī)療器械、體育用品、日用品等。

In addition to general applications,  is especially suitable for injection molding products with high requirements for fluidity and low temperature resistance. It’s terminal applications are mainly in machinery, electronics and electrical, instruments and meters, automobile components, railways, home appliances, communications, cable ties and precision engineering products, etc. It can also be used to produce medical equipments, sporting goods, daily necessities and so on.

使用指南 Guidelines for Molding

1. 本產(chǎn)品的包裝為防潮包裝，在未開(kāi)封前水分含量恒定，建議開(kāi)封后盡快使用。在使用已開(kāi)封的產(chǎn)品前，建議對(duì)其進(jìn)行必要的除濕干燥，以確保注塑制品質(zhì)量和注塑過(guò)程的穩(wěn)定性。干燥溫度不宜過(guò)高，最高不應(yīng)超過(guò) 70℃;時(shí)間不宜過(guò)長(zhǎng)，最長(zhǎng)不應(yīng)超過(guò) 5 小時(shí)。

Our nylon 66 resins arrive packaged in moisture-protected containers. If you didn’t open the original package prior to use, then drying is not necessary. However, if drying is necessary for using the opened package, we recommend that you use dehumidifying with maximum temperature of 70 ℃ or 5 hours.

2. 注塑溫度不宜過(guò)高，建議以 275 ℃ ~ 295 ℃為宜。過(guò)高的溫度容易使尼龍 66 樹(shù)脂在高溫狀態(tài)下裂解，產(chǎn)品性能下降。

The recommend melt temperatures are 275 ℃ to 295 ℃. Nylon 66 resin is easy to decompose under too high temperature, and then decrease product properties.

3. 在注塑生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中，應(yīng)控制模具溫度，以 15 ℃ ~ 90 ℃為宜，建議模具溫度保持在溫度區(qū)間的上線，過(guò)低的模具溫度會(huì)導(dǎo)致尼龍 66 樹(shù)脂流動(dòng)性變差，制品表面光潔度差或表面缺陷、制品收縮率高。

Maintain mould surface temperatures in range of 15 ℃ ~ 90 ℃. We recommend the temperatures on the high end. Under low temperature nylon 66 resin flows worse, bad or defect appearance, shrinkage of the moulded part.

4. 保壓時(shí)間至少應(yīng)長(zhǎng)于澆口物料的凝固時(shí)間。

Hold pressure time should be set until the gate freezes.

5. 為提高注塑制品質(zhì)量，建議在新料中不使用或盡量少使用回料。在使用回料前，應(yīng)對(duì) 其進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的干燥除濕處理，保證其水分含量與新料接近。須注意，隨著加工次數(shù)的增加，回料的性能下降很明顯， 請(qǐng)謹(jǐn)慎使用經(jīng)多次加工的回料。

As to get high performance of the moulded part, we recommend no use or less regrind material mixed with virgin resin。 Regrind must be dry when moulded. The preferred procedure is to grind and reuse immediately after moulding, otherwise regrind shows significant property loss.
